Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues with AV systems and equipment.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Assist with on-site support as needed, including installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems.

Document support activities, including solutions provided and lessons learned, to contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the audiovisual industry.

Strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting AV equipment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Extron) are a plus.
