Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join a growing integrator. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio visual equipment in various settings. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test audio visual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and lighting systems
- Set up and operate audio visual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on audio visual equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their audio visual needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Stay up-to-date with the latest audio visual technologies and trends
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet networks and network installation
- Ability to telecommunicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in equipment repair and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hand tools used in audio visual installations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
