Key Responsibilities:
Perform field service engineering work as required, ensuring the seamless operation of AV/VC/UC systems.
Conduct onsite service engineering covering client sites as necessary.
Coordinate and support site activities and events, providing technical assistance as needed.
Execute preventative maintenance calls to uphold system reliability and performance.
Rotate among client sites as required, offering technical expertise and support.
Conduct site surveys to assess system requirements and propose solutions.
Execute small works installations, ensuring successful handover to clients.
Work on a rotational shift basis when required to accommodate client needs.
Complete necessary administrative tasks to support engineering activities.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in AV/VC/UC technologies, with a strong technical background.
Ability to effectively manage client communications and escalations, ensuring client satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and take responsibility for resolving issues.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage various tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interaction.
