Key Account Manager – IT & Data Centre Solutions
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our client's UK sales team, focusing on IT and data centre solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships across the passive IT installer market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts, strengthening client relationships and expanding market presence.
- Actively develop new business opportunities, presenting a full portfolio of solutions to potential clients.
- Support the UK distribution network with product training, joint sales appointments, and new product launches.
- Assist in business development within existing and new global accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and technical support—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to enhance our solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events in the UK and potentially internationally.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
