Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with their infrastructure and business goals.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation to aid the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new technologies and opportunities within the data center sector.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of data center solutions, networking, storage, and security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for innovation.
