Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the French market. Based in Paris, you will be instrumental in driving client acquisition and building long-term relationships with key customers in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to attract and retain hyperscale and enterprise clients in France.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the datacentre and cloud services industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, operations, and marketing, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the datacentre, cloud, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the hyperscale and enterprise markets in France.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team.
