The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of the company’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management skills, a deep understanding of the edge computing and data centre landscape, and a hunger to succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the edge computing, data centre, and related technology sectors.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise customers, telecom operators, and cloud providers.
Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and expectations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, showcasing products and services.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role within the data centre, telecoms, cloud, or IT services sectors.
A strong understanding of edge computing, colocation, and data centre infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
A results-driven approach with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
