The Role
As an Account Manager, you will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing clients. You’ll ensure these clients continue to see value in the services provided while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional data centre solutions, including colocation, connectivity, and cloud services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present account reviews, highlighting value delivered and opportunities for growth.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Achieve and exceed revenue growth and retention targets within your assigned accounts.

Proven experience in an account management, client relationship, or sales role within the data centre, telecoms, IT, or cloud services sectors.
Strong understanding of data centre services, including colocation, connectivity, and cloud solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering value and exceeding expectations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
